Monthly Meeting
Our Branch Meetings are held at the Railway Arms pub, just alongside Kirkstead Bridge near to picturesque Woodhall Spa, on the first Monday of each month. During the summer we have use of the meeting hall alongside the pub and we have to smuggle the beer in - in winter we use the pubs conservatory because its got a heater!
Its 7.30 for an 8pm start, but thats fairly fluid depending on when our illustrious Chairman shows up. Generally we have a proper agenda and stuff before the usual chaos takes over and we just fling insults. Occasionally we'll have a speaker to give us an earwigging on something topical, a quiz, or even our infamous 'Treasure Hunt' where we all get to shout at whoever organised it and tell them their instructions were rubbish.
We welcome anybody - they even let me in sometimes - whether you have a
Minor or not, so come along and bring your car to see how the slightly more
casual branches get their kicks.
